CInMee is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young women from underserved communities. Founded in 2018, our mission is to inspire and support these young women in building self-confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth. In a world where encouragement and guidance can make all the difference, we provide the tools, resources, and mentorship necessary for young women to overcome challenges and thrive.

Meet the Founder
Dapheney 'Daph' Scott, born and raised in the inner city of Brooklyn, NY. In her 15+ years of youth & community development experience, she took notice to the effects the media has on our youth and their mental health. The decline in their mental health directly affected their self confidence which in turn, affected all facets of their lives. Determined to help young women with their pursuit of self betterment, CInMee was born. She leads her brand with goals to inspire youth to always keep their head up, standards met & confidence high!

The Self-Love Lab by CInMee - Youth Empowerment Program
The The Self-Love Lab by CInMee is designed to help young people build confidence, self-worth, and a strong sense of identity. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and creative activities, participants are encouraged to discover their voice, embrace their individuality, and believe in their potential. This program focuses on emotional growth, self-expression, goal setting, and positive decision-making, while creating a safe and supportive space where youth feel seen, heard, and valued. Our goal is to empower youth to show up confidently in their everyday lives and future endeavors.
CInMee LeadHERship & Legacy Lab - Youth Leadership Development
The CInMee Leadership & Legacy Lab prepares young people to successfully transition into college, careers, and leadership roles with confidence and purpose. This program focuses on building practical life and professional skills such as leadership development, communication, resume building, interview preparation, financial literacy, goal setting, and career exploration. Participants receive guidance on post-secondary pathways, workforce readiness, and personal development, while learning how to lead with integrity and intention. Our goal is to equip youth with the tools, mindset, and exposure needed to thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
CInMee Community Care Collective - Community Outreach and Engagement
The CInMee Community Care Collective strengthens connections between youth, families, and the communities they live in. Through events, workshops, service initiatives, and partnerships, we create opportunities that promote unity, access to resources, and positive community impact. This program centers joy, inclusion, and meaningful engagement while addressing community needs in culturally responsive ways. By fostering collaboration and shared responsibility, CInMee works to build stronger, more connected communities where young people feel supported and empowered to give back.
